Advance Payments
All advance payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These advances cover resource allocation, planning, and initial design work.
Project Cancellation by Client
If the client decides to cancel the project after commencement, charges will be applicable for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any balance remaining (after deducting completed work cost) may be refunded at our discretion.
Project Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where Erinome Info India Private Limited is unable to deliver the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the unutilized portion of the payment.
Completed Projects
Once the final website or service has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be provided.
Digital Marketing, SEO, and Maintenance Services
Payments made for ongoing services such as SEO, digital marketing, or website maintenance are non-refundable, as these are time-based efforts.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made towards third-party services (such as hosting, domains, plugins, or licenses) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
The company’s decision on refund matters shall be considered final.
